A modern shopping center on Chkondideli Street, distinguished by a monumental facade with a rhythmic arrangement of vertical pilasters. The architecture of the building combines a dark metal frame with light-colored stone or concrete panels, creating a contrasting and dynamic composition. The first two floors with transparent showcases are intended for commercial spaces, the upper floors may include offices or additional retail spaces. An accent brick element on the right side gives the building visual interest and functional zoning. At street level, landscaping in autumn colors is designed for an attractive urban environment. The project is an example of modern commercial architecture in the central district of Tbilisi.
